Ингредиенты

3 med Large eggs
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp all-purpose flour
2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 pch salt
1 c. pecan halves plus
1/4 c. minced pecans
1 x unbaked pie crust (9")

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put Large eggs, sugar, flour, corn syrup, vanilla and salt in a bowl and mix well with an electric mixer for 5 min. Stir in pecan halves. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with minced pecans. Bake for 45 min, or possibly till filling is set. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
