- 2 pt Sweet frzn strawberries, thawed
- 4 x Large eggs, separated
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 3 pt Half-and-Half (peaches may be substituted for the strawberries)

- Mix sugar with egg yolks; mix well. Add in a little Half & Half; mix. Beat egg whites till stiff; add in sugar mix, strawberries and the remaining Half & Half. Put into ice cream freezer. Make as usual.
- Serves 6 to 10.
