5 very ripe avocados 1 tomato, minced 1/2 c. onion, minced fine 2 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 c. lowfat sour cream Salt & pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Peel and mash avocados. Stir in lemon juice, lowfat sour cream and seasonings till smooth and creamy. Add in onion and tomato, serve with tortilla chips.
