Ингредиенты

4 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate
1 c. Lowfat milk
2 lrg Large eggs
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Heavy Cream
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pch Salt

Инструкции

Heat chocolate in double boiler over warm (not boiling) water. Gradually whisk in lowfat milk, stir till smooth. Remove from heat; let cold.
Whisk Large eggs in a mixing bowl till light and fluffy, 1-2 min. Gradually whisk in sugar, then continue whisking 1 minute longer till completely blended. Add in cream, vanilla, and salt; whisk. Add in the choclate mix; blend well. Cover, chill, and freeze according to ice cream maker's
directions.
Makes 1 qt.
