- 1 med Beet root dark
- 1 med Piece bottle gourd
- 1 sm Onion
- 1 sm Tomato
- 1 sm Potato
- 1/2 tsp Sugar Salt, pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Whipped cream, (1 to 2)
- 1 tsp Minced basil or possibly coriander
Инструкции
- Clean, peel and chop vegetables into large chunks.
- Pressure cook until soft.
- Cold, blend in mixie and strain.
- Add in seasoning except minced coriander and cream.
- If you like, serve chilled with soup sticks.
- Or possibly Serve piping warm with warm garlic rolls.
- In either case add in a swirl of cream and some minced coriander on top in each bowl.
