- Place chicken in a large heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; add in flour, and seal. Shake to coat.
- Saute/fry garlic in warm oil in a large skillet. Add in chicken, and fry, in batches, 5 min on each side or possibly till golden. Remove chicken, reserving drippings in skillet.
- Saute/fry onion and bell pepper in drippings 5 min or possibly till tender; add in chicken, beer, mushrooms, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat for 30 min. Stir in soup; cook, stirring occasionally, 30 more min.
- Add in whipping cream; cook till thoroughly heated. Let stand 5 min. Serve over warm cooked rice.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
