- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can chicken broth/stock
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can beer
- 3 c. finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese (12 ounce)

Инструкции
- Heat butter in large frying pan. Saute onion till soft. Blend in flour and seasonings; gradually stir in broth, lowfat milk, and beer. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix comes to a boil. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese; heat and stir till smooth.
