  • 1 pound fish fillets
  • 3 or possibly 4 teaspoon Bisquick
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. beer
  • Vegetable oil

Инструкции

  1. Heat vegetable oil about 1 1/2" deep in heavy skillet or possibly deep fryer (350 degrees). Lightly coat fish with 3 or possibly 4 Tbsp. Bisquick. Mix 1 c. Bisquick, salt, egg and beat till smooth. Dip fish into batter letting excess drip in bowl. Fry till golden, about 2 min on each side. Drain on a paper towel a few min to absorb grease.
