Ингредиенты

2-3 pound fish or possibly chicken 1/2 c. melted butter 1/2 c. beer

2 lg. Large eggs, separated 1 c. flour 1/2 c. cornstarch

Инструкции

1. Beat egg yolk, beer and melted butter. Stir in flour and cornstarch.
2. Beat egg whites till they stiffen and add in to mix. Beat a little longer. Add in salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste.
