  • 400 g of beef
  • 150 g green peppers,
  • 80 g of oil,
  • 1 to 2 peeled tomatoes,
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 150 g fresh or dry beans

Инструкции

  1. Soak the beans a day in advance if dry beans are not fresh. Cook the beans until tender. Season with salt. We can also preserved in brine. Cut the meat into strips. Slice the onion finely, fry it in oil, add meat, fry. Add diced tomato, pour water, add salt and pepper and simmer. When meat is almost soft, add the pepper strips and chopped into stew. Finally, put beans and even warm up. Serve with rice or potatoes.
