Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. coarse grnd black pepper
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
  • 3/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/3 c. worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lb beef tenderloin
  • 1 c. honey
  • 2 c. balsamic vinegar

Инструкции

  1. Combine vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, pepper, salt, ketchup and Worcestershire. Cut beef tenderloin into thin strips. With a mallet or possibly can, lb. strips. Place in marinade and chill 8 hrs or possibly overnight.
  2. Combine honey and vinegar in saucepan. Bring to boil and cook till reduced by half. Glaze should coat the back of a spoon. Keep hot. Remove beef strips from marinade and thread onto skewers. Grill or possibly broil till brown. Coat skewers with honey glaze.
  3. Serve with warm, cooked rice.
  4. NOTES : At the restaurant, these would be served with fresh potato chips drizzled with garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil. In this home version, we serve them over warm, cooked rice.
