- 1 lb round steak cut bite size
- 1 pkt au jus mix
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 pkt frzn noodles - (12 ounce) thawed

- Brown meat in a little oil. Drain. Put in crockpot. Dissolve au jus fold in the boiling water. Pour over meat. Cook on LOW 7 to 10 hrs.
- About 1 hour before serving, turn to HIGH. Add in the package of noodles that have thawed in the refrigerator all day.
