  • 7 slc bread trimmed, cubed
  • 1 c. diced ham
  • 1/3 c. finely-minced onion
  • 2 c. grated medium cheddar cheese
  • 7 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp dry mustard
  • 2 c. lowfat milk Sliced tomato for topping Minced chives for topping

Инструкции

  1. Combine lowfat milk and Large eggs and mix well. Mix in remaining ingredients except sliced tomatoes and chives.
  2. Pour into greased 9- by 13-inch pan and top with thin-sliced tomatoes and chives. Chill overnight.
  3. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour in top of oven.
  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
