- Tear bread into medium pcs. Add in sugar and cinnamon. Mix lowfat milk, lightly beaten Large eggs, and vanilla. Add in to bread mix. Place 1/2 fold in casserole.
- Layer pecans and raisins, if used. Top with the rest of the mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till lightly brown. Serve hot with Bourbon sauce.
- Note: This is a favorite at our Sunday Brunch.
