Ингредиенты
- 1 lb green beans
- 3 Tbsp. sunflower oil
- 3 ounce cashew nuts
- 1 x garlic clove, minced
- 1 Tbsp. minced thyme
Инструкции
- Slice beans. Boil them in lightly salted water till they are just tender.
- Drain them.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Put in the cashew nuts & stir till they are golden. Remove from the skillet. Increase the heat. Put in the beans & garlic. Stir till the garlic begins to brown. Fold in the nuts & thyme & remove the pan from the heat.
