1/2 c. freshly grated coconut (use coconut flakes soaked in water for 1/2 hour and liquid removed if fresh coconut is not available)
1 Tbsp. roasted peanuts
1 Tbsp. sultanas
1/2 tsp lime juice
1 x green chili grnd
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
2 Tbsp. coriander leaves, finely minced
1 tsp oil salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan and add in cumin seeds. When they splutter, add in cabbage and bean sprouts. Stir fry for a minute. Cold. Add in the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
