- Soy Sauce Vinaigrette: In small bowl or possibly food processor, combine vinegar, soy sauce, pepper, ginger and garlic. Whisking constantly or possibly with motor running, gradually blend in oil.
- In salad bowl, toss bean sprouts, pimiento and onions with vinaigrette. Just before serving, add in spinach and sesame seeds and toss.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
- To toast, spread sesame seeds in skillet over medium heat; toast, shaking pan gently till seeds are golden brown
