- Coat A Large Skillet With Cooking Spray; Add in Oil. Place Over Medium- High Heat Till Warm. Add in Garlic; Stir Fry 1 Minutes. Add in Reserved Vegetables; Stir Fry 2 Minutes. Add in Basil. Cover & Reduce Heat. Cook 2 Minutes. Serve Immediately.
