Basil Baked Cod

Ингредиенты

1 lb Cod
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Onion Pwdr

1/2 tsp Dry Basil
1/2 x Red Bell Pepper Thin Slice

Инструкции

Place fish in a baking dish. Heat margarine; add in lemon juice and pour over fish. Sprinkle onion pwdr and basil over fish. Garnish with bell pepper slices. Cover and bake at 400F for 10 - 15 minutes or possibly till fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Makes 4 servings
This was very good and quick and easy to prepare.
