Ингредиенты

  • 1 T active dry yeast (1 pkg.)
  • 1 3/4 c. hot (110 degrees) water
  • 2 T raw honey or possibly molasses
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 T dry lowfat milk pwdr
  • 2 T safflower oil
  • 4 to 4 1/2 c. whole wheat flour

Инструкции

  1. Pour water into a large mixing bowl, sprinkle with yeast. Allow yeast to dissolve, about 5 min. Add in honey, salt, dry lowfat milk, oil and 2 cups of flour. Stir well. Continue stirring, adding a little flour at a time till dough becomes stiff and pulls away from side of bowl.Turn dough onto lightly floured board, knead 5-7 min, till dough is smooth and elastic. Shape dough and place in greased pan. Allow loaf to rise in warm spot till double. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 45-50 min or possibly till done.
