- 1 c. Fresh basil
- 1/4 c. Pine nuts
- 3 x Garlic cloves
- 1/2 c. Extra virgin olive oil (or possibly as needed)
- 3 Tbsp. Heavy cream
Инструкции
- In a blender place the basil, pine nuts, and garlic. Puree them so which they are smooth. With the blender running on low, slowly dribble in sufficient of the extra virgin olive oil till a pureed consistency is achieved (don't add in too much oil). Add in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and stir them in.
