Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 pound coarse barley
  • 1/8 pound dry mushrooms
  • 1 1/2 quarts. water
  • 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream

Инструкции

  1. Wash mushrooms thoroughly. Let soak 1 hour in cool water to cover. Add in rinse barley. Pour on 1 1/2 qts water. Salt to taste. Bring to boil, then simmer briskly till barley is soft. Remove mushrooms, cut in fine pcs, replace in soup. Remove soup from heat, and stir in lowfat sour cream gradually.
