  1. Cut ribs into serving-size pcs and place into large pot with 1/4 c. vinegar and sufficient water to cover. Boil for about 20 min or possibly till ribs are nearly cooked through. While ribs are boiling, combine remaining ingredients in a medium size saucepan and simmer 10-15 min. Place ribs on grill over medium to low heat. Brush ribs generously with sauce and continue to cook, about 30 min, basting and turning often.
  2. NOTES :*The vinegar in the water tenderizes the ribs, so be careful not to overcook, because the meat will fall off the bones and you won't be able to complete cooking the ribs on your grill.
