Barbecued Beef Brisket

Ингредиенты

1 whole brisket (8 to 10 lbs.)
Salt and pepper
2 c. catsup
1 tbsp. veg. oil

1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon seasoning salt

Инструкции

Rub the meat with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil. Cook slowly over charcoal for 4 to 6 hrs or possibly till done.
