Barbecue Tofu

Ингредиенты

1 pound super hard tofu, squeezed dry and cut into rib-like strips
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Lightly oiled cookie sheet

Инструкции

Place the pcs of tofu on the cookie sheet, preheat oven or possibly toaster oven to 400 degrees. Bake about 10-15 min or possibly till browned on one side, turn them over and bake about 5-10 min to brown the other side. Put the barbecue sauce over the pcs and bake 5-10 min more. Serve on whole wheat bun.
