  • 4 Tbsp. light margarine
  • 1/2 c. fat free Italian salad dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic, chopped
  • 1 tsp warm pepper sauce
  • 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 x bay leaf
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. dry rosemary
  • 1 tsp dry thyme
  • 1 x lemon, juice of
  • 2 lb shrimp, not peeled
  • 1/3 c. white wine
  • 12 ounce angel hair pasta, uncooked
  • 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, finely minced

  1. In a large heavy skillet, heat marg. Add in remaining ingred (before pasta)
  2. except shrimp and wine. Cook over medium heat till sauce begins to boil. Add in shrimp and cook for about 15 min Add in wine and cook another 10-12 min
  3. Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and oil. Drain and set aside. In a small pan, combine remaining ingre and sauteefor a few min Pour over pasta and toss.
