Ингредиенты

8 loin pork chops, 1 inch thick 2/3 c. water Salt and pepper 1/3 c. vinegar 1/3 c. brown sugar

1 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. catsup 2 tbsp. minced onion 3 tbsp. prepared mustard

Инструкции

1. Place chops in baking dish and mix remaining ingredients. Pour half of mix over chops. After chops have baked 45 min, turn over and pour remaining half of mix over chops. Bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.
