Barbecue Bacon Burgers are grilled burgers served on grilled burger buns with grilled bacon, crispy onions and barbecue sauce. It is one of the perfect dishes to serve during summer, all you need is some grill and off you go.

This treat has a different flavour compared to the usual burgers that are pan fried and served with ketchup. This has a distinct smoky charred sweet flavour, it also has a different texture coming from the crispy onions. If you don’t have the crispy onions ready it’s quite easy to make, I have posted a recipe for that before or you can also use onion rings if you wish.
