Ингредиенты
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew pcs
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper

- Heat oil in skillet. Brown meat. Remove meat and set aside. Brown onion in skillet. Add in all ingredients and mix well. Add in beef and simmer 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Serve on sandwich buns.
