Ингредиенты

  • 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. beef stew pcs
  • 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. minced onion
  • 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

  1. Heat oil in skillet. Brown meat. Remove meat and set aside. Brown onion in skillet. Add in all ingredients and mix well. Add in beef and simmer 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till meat is tender. Serve on sandwich buns.
