  • 2 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. Quick-cooking tapioca
  • 1/3 c. Sugar
  • 1 x Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 x Bananas, sliced

Инструкции

  1. In a saucepan, combine lowfat milk, tapioca, sugar and egg; let stand 5 min. Cook and stir over medium heat till mix comes to a full boil; remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and bananas. Cold for 20 min. Serve hot or possibly cool.
  2. Yield: 6 servings.
