- Oven 350 degrees for 45 min. Cream butter, add in sugar gradually. Beat in Large eggs one at a time. Add in mashed bananas, vanilla, lowfat sour cream. Sift flour, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt. Fold till blended. Combine nuts, 1/4 c. sugar, and cinnamon.
- Sprinkle half of nut mix in well greased 6 1/2 c. pan. Spoon on half of batter. Sprinkle in remaining nuts and cover with batter. Cold cake on rack 10 min. Turn out and complete cooling. Store in foil.
