- Put bananas, apple juice and yogurt into a blender and process till smooth (or possibly desired consistency).
- Sandwich:Combine the tuna, spring onion, corn, creme fraiche, salt and pepper.
- On 1 slice of bread place the lettuce and slices of tomato. Put tuna mix on top. Cover with remaining slice. Cut in half. Eat!
