- Bake at 400 degrees.
- Grease muffin tins with spray.
- Combine all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
- In a bowl, beat egg whites with a whisk or fork.
- Stir in mashed banana, applesauce, and milk. Add flour mixture and stir together. Then spoon into muffin tins.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool in pan for 5 minutes then remove and cool for desired amount of time.
