Ингредиенты
- 1 1/2 c. Sifted flour
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
- 2/3 c. Soft shortening
- 1 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Mashed bananas, (2 or possibly 3 ripe bananas)
- 1 1/2 c. Rolled oats
Инструкции
- 1. Sift together flour, baking pwdr, soda, salt, spices and sugar into a bowl.
- 2. Add in shortening, Large eggs and and half the bananas.
- 3. Beat till creamy, about 2 min.
- 4. Mix in remaining bananas and rolled oats.
- 5. Drop from a tsp. onto greased cookie sheet.
- 6. Bake in a moderate oven (375 (F.) 12 to 15 min.
- 7. Makes about 4 dozen.
