Ingredients: 1 x (9 in.) graham cracker crust (Can be purchaed ready made in grocery store); 1 x (8 ounce.) package cream cheese, softened; 1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk; 1/3 c. lemon juice; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 4 med sized ripe bananas; 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Ингредиенты

1 x (9 in.) graham cracker crust (Can be purchaed ready made in grocery store)
1 x (8 ounce.) package cream cheese, softened
1 1/3 c. sweetened condensed lowfat milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 med sized ripe bananas
2 Tbsp. lemon juice

Инструкции

In bowl, beat softened cheese till light and fluffy. Gradually stir in sweetened condensed lowfat milk till thoroughly blended. Stir in 1/3 c. lemon juice and vanilla. Slice 3 bananas; line crust with banana slices. Pour filling into crust. Chill 2 to 3 hrs. Slice fourth banana; dip in lemon juice. Garnish top of pie with banana slices.
