- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 4 T lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mashed banana
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. chocolate chips
- 2 T butter
- 1 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 T strong warm coffee
- 1 teaspoon dry cocoa
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar, add in lightly beaten large eggs and soda dissolved in lowfat sour cream. Beat well and add in mashed banana, flour, salt and vanilla. Mix well and stir in chocolate chips. Bake in well greased and lightly floured 8 inch square pan for 35 to 45 min.FROSTING: Cream butter and sugar; add in remaining ingredients.
