2 Â½ C. Cake flour, sifted
1 2/3 C. Sugar
1 Â¼ t. Baking Powder
1 Â¼ t. Soda
1 t. Salt
2/3 C. Soft Crisco
2/3 C. Buttermilk
1 Â¼ C. Bananas, mashed (about 3 ripe)
3 Eggs
2/3 C. Walnuts, chopped

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 9 x 13 inch pan.
Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Add Crisco, 1/3 cup buttermilk and bananas. Beat 2 minutes on MEDIUM speed. Add eggs, one at a time, and the rest of the buttermilk. Beat two more minutes at MEDIUM speed. Add walnuts and beat together one minute more.
Pour into pan, and bake 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
