Name: Banana Blueberry Pound Cake
Ingredients: 1 1/2 c. canola oil; 2 1/2 c. sugar; 3 x Large eggs; 3 c. flour; 1 tsp soda; 3/4 tsp salt; 1/2 c. buttermilk; 2 x bananas, mashed; 1 1/2 tsp vanilla; 1 c. pecans, minced; 3/4 c. fresh or possibly thawed blueberries

Ингредиенты

1 1/2 c. canola oil
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 x Large eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp soda
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 x bananas, mashed
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 c. pecans, minced
3/4 c. fresh or possibly thawed blueberries

Инструкции

Mix oil, sugar and Large eggs. Add in flour, soda, salt and mix together. Toss in pecans, and blueberries. Add in buttermilk, bananas, vanilla.
Bake in greased tube pan at 325 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 25 min.
Suggestion: Serve a slice with vanilla or possibly banana ice cream, for a lovely dessert.
