- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix the banana slices with the lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch and brandy. Place half in a single layer in a lightly oiled 9 inch tart pan or possibly in 4 lightly oiled ovenproof dishes. Top with a layer of the mango and finish with the remaining banana mix.
- To make topping: Place the sugar, flour, Large eggs, ricotta, lowfat milk and vanilla in a blender and blend till smooth. Pour over the fruit and bake for 25 to 30 min, or possibly till set and lightly browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve while warm. -
