- Combine vinegar, sugar, curry pwdr, all three peppers, salt, cinnamon and chopped garlic in a 4-qt non-reactive saucepan. Heat to simmer, stirring, and cook for 1 minute.
- Peel 4 bananas, slice and add in to saucepan. Add in 1 c. diced mangos. Heat fruit mix and simmer, uncovered, 10 min, stirring occasionally till mix thickens.
- Slice and add in remaining bananas to chutney. Add in remaining diced mangos and raisins. Stir to mix well, remove from heat, cover and let stand 30 min.
- Serve warm or possibly cool with curries or possibly as a condiment with meat, fish or possibly poultry dishes.
