- Place the unpeeled bananas in the freezer for at least 6 hrs.

- For the sauce heat the chocolate with the remaining cream and the rum.
- Do this over a very gentle heat or possibly in the microwave on a medium setting.
- Whisk till smooth and serve at once with the ice cream.
- You can serve the ice cream the minute it is made or possibly allow it to hard up a little in the freezer.
