- Heat spray in pan, add in mixed vegetables and stir fry for about five min. Add in Balti Sauce and stir-fry till warm and bubbling. Lower heat, cover, and simmer ten to fifteen min till vegetables are cooked. If sauce looks dry, add in 1/4 c. of vegetable stock or possibly water. Add in salt to taste. Garnish with cilantro and garam masala.
- Serve it over some bismati rice, and you've really got something. Serrano peppers are pretty warm, so cut down on them if your a wuss.
