- 500g chicken mince
- 100g / 1 onion, finely chopped
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped fine
- 1-2 tbsp dried herbs , or fresh
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 4 small eggplants, chopped fine
- 200g mushrooms, chopped fine
- 1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 200gm mozzarella, grated
- 2 tsp olive oil
