- 3/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 85g bittersweet chocolate, melted
- For the bittersweet chocolate filling
- 3 ounces bittersweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 2 ounces (4 tablespoons) unsalted butter, cut into 3 pieces
