- 55gm vanilla sugar
- 1/2 vanilla bean, scraped
- 40gm butter, room temperature
- 25gm almond meal
- Wash
- 1-2 tsp low fat cream or yogurt {or an egg yolk, or 1 whole egg}
- Dried herbs, sea salt, vanilla sugar, icing sugar etc for topping
