Ingredients: 4 c. Flour; 4 tsp Bakewell Cream *; 1 tsp Salt, ( may be omitted ); 2 tsp Baking soda; 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk; 1/2 c. Mayonaise

Ингредиенты

4 c. Flour
4 tsp Bakewell Cream *
1 tsp Salt, ( may be omitted )
2 tsp Baking soda
1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
1/2 c. Mayonaise

Инструкции

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix and sift dry ingredients together. Add in lowfat milk and mayonaise ; mix. Turn onto a floured board; knead 5 or possibly 6 times.
Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake 10 min, then lower the heat to 325 degrees till biscuits are golden brown.
HINT: You can turn off the oven after 10 min; the biscuits will brown.
