  • 2/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon package dry onion soup mix
  • 2/3 c. Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. Plus 1 teaspoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Fresh parsley, minced
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika
  • 4 x 6-oz whitefish fillets
  • 2 Tbsp. Plus 2 teaspoon peanut oil

Инструкции

  1. Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 450 F. Combine lowfat sour cream and soup fold in a bowl. Combine next 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip fish into lowfat sour cream mix, then lightly coat with breadcrumb mix. Arrange fish in a lightly oiled baking dish. Drizzle oil over top. Bake about 8 min, till fish is lightly browned. Turn and bake another 5 min or possibly till golden brown.
