- 2 c. minced broccoli or possibly a (10 ounce) package frzn minced broccoli, thawed and liquid removed
- 3 med tomatoes coarsely minced
- 2 2/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. Gold Medal all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 x Large eggs

- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Layer Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese in ungreased square baking dish, 8 by 8 by 2 inches. Beat lowfat milk, flour, salt and Large eggs till smooth; pour over cheese.
- Bake uncovered 40 to 45 min or possibly till egg mix is set. Let stand 10 min before cutting.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
