Ингредиенты

1 (1 pound) pkg. thawed fish fillets 1 scallion, minced 1 tomato, minced

1 T parsley 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. dry white wine

Инструкции

1. Place fillets on 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with scallion, tomato, parsley and pats of butter. Pour wine over fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 min. 4 servings.
